§ 01 — For bakeries, cafés, studios, and other lovely places Est. MMXXIV

A website
as lovely as
your shop.

Quietly beautiful websites for bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and studios — built by us, cared for by us, and never a chore for you. You run your shop. The website runs itself.

§ 02 — How it feels to have one

You never
have to think
about it.

No logins to remember. No plugins going stale. No 2am panic when something breaks. We make the website, we keep the website, you keep your weekends.

Promise i.

We take the whole thing off your plate.

Design, writing, photos if you need them, the domain, the inbox, the hosting. You tell us about your shop once. We do the rest, and we keep doing it.

Zero effort · forever
Promise ii.

When something needs changing, text us.

New opening hours on Sunday? Closed for a wedding next week? A new soup? One message — by email, WhatsApp, whatever — and it's live before dinner.

Replies same day · always
Promise iii.

If it ever breaks, we already fixed it.

We watch your site so you don't have to. The rare time something hiccups, it's sorted before a single customer notices. You won't even know it happened.

§ 04 — What's included

Everything a
small place needs.
And nothing it doesn't.

Every site ships with the same thoughtful set of essentials — no upsells, no surprise renewals, no “pro” features hidden behind another invoice.

i.

Your own address

yourshop.com — in your name, ours to set up. You own it forever, and you could take it with you tomorrow if you wanted.

ii.

Beautiful on every screen

Designed for a phone on a countertop first, a laptop on a train second. Tested on real devices — never just in a designer's browser.

iii.

Menus & hours, kept fresh

Change tomorrow's special from your phone at 6am. Or send us a line and we'll do it for you before the ovens warm up.

iv.

Bookings, messages, reservations

A form that works the first time and every time. Enquiries land in your inbox in seconds — no dashboard, no noise, just messages.

v.

Photos that look like your place

A gallery that treats your space, your food, your work kindly — crisp on the biggest screen, gentle on the smallest.

vi.

Found on Google, first try

Local search, Google Business, the little map pin with your hours and photos — all set up and handed over, no fiddling.

vii.

A newsletter, if you'd like one

For the regulars who love what you do. Write one when you feel like it, we handle the sending — no services to sign up for.

viii.

A real person at the other end

Write to the studio, a human writes back — same day, every time. No tickets, no queues, no “your case number is.”

§ 05 — A small promise

We mind the details, so you never have to.

§ 06 — Kind words

What our
neighbours say.

A small studio is only as good as the places it's trusted with. These are ours.

Our bookings doubled in six weeks. But more than that — the site finally looks like how the bakery feels when you walk in. Warm. Honest.

I was dreading the whole thing. Instead I got a site that loads in a blink, a number to text when something needs changing, and my Sundays back.

Twelve days. They built it in twelve days. Customers tell me the website is as lovely as the shop. Nothing could make me prouder.

§ 07 — Questions

Things people
often ask.

If yours isn't here, the fastest way is a short email. Honest answers, same day, every time.

01 What does “zero effort” actually mean?

We build the site, write the copy if you need, host it, keep it fast, watch over it, and handle every update. You approve the first draft and that's it — unless you want to change something, which takes a message. Most of our clients open the dashboard once and never again.

02 Can I update the menu, hours, or photos myself?

Yes, easily — from your phone if you like. A simple editor lets you change any text, swap any photo, or update your opening hours in a few taps. No tech skills needed. And if you'd rather we handle it, that's always included too.

03 Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. Always. Your domain is registered in your name, your content is yours, and you could take everything and leave tomorrow if you wanted. No lock-in, no export fees.

04 How long does it actually take?

Most sites go live within ten to fourteen days from our first call. A short chat, a handful of photos, a first draft by the middle of next week, a live site the Monday after. Quicker if you're in a hurry.

05 What if I need bookings or reservations?

Built in. Whether that's reservations (OpenTable, SevenRooms), class bookings (Mindbody, Arketa), or a simple enquiry form — we integrate it cleanly into the site. No clunky third-party widgets bolted on.

06 What if my photos aren't very good?

We'll tell you kindly, and help. Sometimes that's guidance on your phone camera. Sometimes it's a local photographer we love. A good website deserves real photos — we won't let yours look anything less than lovely.

07 Do you work in English and German?

Both, and sometimes French. Bilingual sites are included where it makes sense — done properly, never machine-translated. The studio is based in Berlin but works with places across Europe.

08 What does it cost?

Fair. Honest. Not a line item in sight that shouldn't be. Since every place is different, we'd rather quote you after a short call than list a number that isn't true for your shop. Usually a one-time build fee plus a small monthly to cover hosting and care.

§ 08 — Write to us

Let's make
yours lovely.

Tell us about your place — what you make, who walks through the door, what you'd love to say to them. We'll come back within a day with honest answers, a rough timeline, and a price that won't make you wince.
